Bangladesh Shrimp and Fish Foundation (BSFF) is taking an initiative to trail cluster-based shrimp farming practices with the financial help of Fishery Products Business Promotion Council (FPBPC) of Ministry of Commerce (MoC) at Rudhagora, Dumuria, Khulna to identify the cost-effective culture technology, increase shrimp production, build entrepreneurship and also provide hands on training facilities for poor shrimp farmers. As a part of the trial project, BSFF organized a training program funded by Fishery Products Business Promotion Council (FPBPC), MoC on 29 May, 2019 at farm site, Rudhagora, Dumuria, Khulna. The training program was inaugurated by honorable Chief Guest Md. Abdul Karim (Former Principal Secretary of Prime Minister), Managing Director, PKSF. Deputy Director-Khulna, DoF, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Land), Khulna, DFO-Khulna, DoF, UNO, Dumuria, DPD, DoF, Director, BFFEA and other DoF personnel were also attended in the inauguration ceremony of the training program.
